Can I cancel my order?

  1. Custom / made-to-order pieces: not eligible for cancellation.
  2. In-stock pieces: you can request a cancellation before the order is processed/fulfilled.
  3. Orders marked Processed / Fulfilled / Shipped can’t be cancelled.

Return & Exchange Window

  1. You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if:
  2. The item arrived damaged, defected, incomplete, or stained.
  3. The wrong item was received.

Condition Requirements

  1. Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (box/pouch, tags, cards).
  2. Earrings: eligible only if hygiene seals are intact and there are no signs of wear.

How to request a Return/Exchange

  1. Email orders@abidii.com  or WhatsApp at 03404310027 within 3 days of delivery.
    Include your order number, item name, and clear photos of the issue.

  2. Our care team will confirm next steps.

  3. Once approved, ship the item to the return address we provide, following the packing instructions.

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product.

Processing time
Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your parcel for inspection and exchange processing.

Refunds

  1. We generally offer exchanges.
  2. If an exchange/resolution isn’t possible (e.g., out of stock), we may issue a refund at our discretion.
  3. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
