Are online prices the same as in-store?
Abidii is an online-first brand. At pop-ups or events, prices match the website unless a limited promotion is clearly marked.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Sometimes. Popular styles return based on demand. Tap Notify me when available on the product page and we’ll email you if it’s back.

Product & Photos

Will I receive the same product I see in photos?
Yes, our imagery is true to finish and proportion. Minor color shifts may occur due to lighting and screen settings; we avoid heavy editing so you can buy with confidence.

Do you manufacture the pieces?
Abidii is a curated edit. We partner with trusted makers and ateliers, each piece is selected for finish, comfort, and longevity.

Orders & Payments

How do I know my order went through?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately, then a shipping email with tracking once dispatched.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Deposit, and Cash on Delivery in selected areas. Available options appear at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
If it hasn’t been processed/shipped, we’ll help. Email orders@abidii.com  or WhatsApp at 03404310027 with “Cancel Order #1234” in the subject line.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?
For now we only deliver Nationwide. Delivery timelines and fees appear at checkout; tracking is provided on dispatch.

What is your return policy?
Report issues within 3 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or visibly stained. For hygiene, earrings are final sale unless faulty or if hygiene seal is intact . Start a request by email orders@abidii.com  or WhatsApp 03404310027 with your order number.

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Email orders@abidii.com  or WhatsApp 03404310027 with photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund swiftly.

No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account saves your details and order history for faster checkout next time.

Yes, our edit is chosen for comfort and finish. Treat with care and your pieces will keep their light.
