Shipping & Deliveries
We inspect and pack every order with care. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, tell us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Order processing and dispatch
- Standard processing up to 10 business days after purchase
- Bank Deposit orders begin once payment is received and verified
- COD orders may require a brief confirmation by call or SMS
- Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays
- If a piece needs more time, the product page will note the extended timeline
Shipping methods and coverage
- Domestic Pakistan via trusted couriers such as PostEx, Leopards, or TCS
- Typical delivery 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on city and service
- Shipping fees and options are shown at checkout
Tracking and notifications
- You will receive an order confirmation email right after purchase
- A shipping email with your tracking link is sent as soon as the parcel leaves our studio

Packaging
- Orders are secured in protective ABIDII packaging suitable for gifting
- Multiple items may ship together or in separate parcels to protect delicate pieces
Address changes and delivery attempts
- Send any address updates before dispatch by emailing orders@abidii.com or WhatsApp at 03404310027
- If delivery fails or a parcel returns to sender, re-delivery costs may apply
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
- Email orders@abidii.com or WhatsApp at 03404310027 within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos
- We will arrange a replacement or a suitable resolution as quickly as possible
