Shipping & Deliveries

We inspect and pack every order with care. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, tell us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Order processing and dispatch

  1. Standard processing up to 10 business days after purchase
  2. Bank Deposit orders begin once payment is received and verified
  3. COD orders may require a brief confirmation by call or SMS
  4. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays
  5. If a piece needs more time, the product page will note the extended timeline

Shipping methods and coverage

  1. Domestic Pakistan via trusted couriers such as PostEx, Leopards, or TCS
  2. Typical delivery 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on city and service
  3. Shipping fees and options are shown at checkout

Tracking and notifications

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email right after purchase
  2. A shipping email with your tracking link is sent as soon as the parcel leaves our studio

Packaging

  1. Orders are secured in protective ABIDII packaging suitable for gifting
  2. Multiple items may ship together or in separate parcels to protect delicate pieces

Address changes and delivery attempts

  1. Send any address updates before dispatch by emailing orders@abidii.com or WhatsApp at 03404310027
  2. If delivery fails or a parcel returns to sender, re-delivery costs may apply
  3. We do not ship to P.O. boxes

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

  1. Email orders@abidii.com or WhatsApp at 03404310027 within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos
  2. We will arrange a replacement or a suitable resolution as quickly as possible
